The treatments used in Thalassotherapy are derived from natural marine sources that are rich in nutrients. Sea water and our own blood plasma are very similar. The underlying principle behind thalassotherapy is that the body absorbs the minerals it needs through the skin to help restore the body’s natural chemical balance.
